In connection with a tragic shooting spree that resulted in the deaths of 143 individuals at a concert venue near Moscow, Russia has reported the arrest of 11 individuals, including four suspected gunmen. These arrests were made following a pursuit in Russia's Bryansk region. The Russian security agency has stated that the attackers had ties to Ukraine and were en route to the border.
