Pakistani drones are entering the Indian airspace by violating the rules in Punjab’s Amritsar sector. The Border Security Force (BSF) on Saturday early morning recovered 5.5 kg of heroin, which was dropped in Punjab’s Amritsar district by a Pakistani drone. BSF troops claim that they have heard a sound of a drone entering the Indian territory near Rai village in the Amritsar district. The troops after hearing the sound of something falling in the farming field at 04:00 AM, conducted a down drill immediately.

A big pack wrapped in yellow colour adhesive tape along with a hook was recovered. Later after opening the packing, they found five packets of heroin, approximately 5.5 kgs. There was a huge increase in Pakistan drones entering Indian airspace lately.

On the 9th BSF gunned down a drone near Amristar International borders and recorded 5.2 kgs of contraband. On the 5th of June, one more Pakistan drone was shot down at the Attari Wagah border, which was carrying 3.2kg of heroin. On June 3rd a Pakistan drone of carrying 5kg of heroin was recovered.

Punjab Governor also responded to the issue and conducted meeting with officials. He claimed that Pakistan is targeting youth and spoiling generations.
